The self-help movement often tells us to start with the end in mind, see the goal as achieved and the alike. But for some, this approach can be overwhelming – too big. Too ambitious.
What if there was another way? A gentler, more manageable way to make improvements in your life. A way that side-steps the brain’s natural fear response and resistance to change.
Kaizen is a Japanese lifestyle practice that encourages continuous improvement over the long-term that systematically seeks to achieve small, incremental changes in a process to improve efficiency, quality and results.
Kaizen means Good Change: (Kai= Good and Zen= Change)
Originally developed as a business practice in Japan during the 1940’s to help that nation recover after the war, Kaizen proved itself as a highly effective corporate improvement tool.
Since then, Kaizen has been also taught to thousands of people all over the world as a powerful personal development tool.
In this fun and hands-on, one-day learning experience, you will learn the principles of Kaizen, the Plan, Do, Check and Act cycle, and how to apply Kaizen to your daily self-improvement practice.
You will get:
- All materials and supplies required.
- Workbook: Intro to Kaizen
